LEMA 500 unit was succesfully designed in 1970 specifically to harden thin sunglass lenses without introducing optical distortion. It is perfectly adapable to harden small size glasses for several applications.

The unit is built with reliable mechanical and electrical components which are a guarantee for a long life even under continuous use.

The process of thermal strenghtening occurs by means of compressed and filtered air.

Recommended air specifications:

• Tank capacity: 500 litres
• Air flux outlet: 800 litres/minute
• Air pressure in the tank: 7-9 kg/cm2
